Diversity in images
The photos on your website, flyers or other communication materials tell a lot about your organisation. Are you welcome for independent single women? How many different shades have the skins of the people on your sources? Examples matter! Are we missing an important one? Tell us!

Cognitive bias of designers
Being aware of your prejudice is a big step. But eliminating it is virtually impossible. Here are a few tools to help deal with your prejudice, also known as bias:
- Probably the best article we have read this year: removing bias from your solutions. Help more humans feel heard and supported. Including tools and examples.
- 52 UX cognitive biases cards, developed by Stephanie Walter and Laurence Vagner
- Another lens, ready to use! This method was co-developed by AirBNB to combat discrimination on their platform.

Inclusive personas
There is so much to say about the use of personas but please take a look at these… the way of living is taken as the starting point. Very clean overview but still containing rich insights. Even a connection with WCAG is made. Check them out: the personas of Mark Boys-Smith and Alicia Crowther.
